Galvanizing Production Line
Process Characteristics:
Through electrolysis (with the base material as the cathode, a zinc plate as the anode, and electrification in an electrolyte containing zinc ions), zinc ions are deposited on the surface of the base material to form a zinc layer. Alternatively, zinc powder coating can be adhered to the surface by spraying (known as "cold-sprayed zinc").
Advantages:
The thickness of the zinc layer is controllable (usually 5-50μm), and the surface is smooth and flat, making it suitable for products with high appearance requirements.
The process operates at a low temperature (normal or low temperature), which will not cause deformation of the base material, thus being suitable for thin-walled parts and precision components.
It has relatively good environmental friendliness (some processes do not emit high-temperature zinc fumes).

Color coating production lines can achieve coating effects with a variety of colors (such as the full color range of the RAL color card) and patterns (wood grain, stone grain, solid color), meeting the aesthetic needs of different scenarios. At the same time, the coating has properties such as weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, solving the pain points of metal base materials such as "easy rusting and single appearance".
Reducing Downstream Application Costs:
Color-coated sheets are "pre-coated finished products". Downstream enterprises (such as home appliance factories and construction companies) do not need to perform additional coating processes and can directly cut and process them, which greatly shortens the production cycle (for example, the processing cycle of home appliance casings is shortened by more than 30%), and reduces investment in coating equipment and environmental protection treatment costs.
High Material Utilization Rate and Environmental Friendliness:
The production line adopts a continuous coating process, with a coating utilization rate of more than 90% (far exceeding the 60% of traditional spraying), reducing coating waste. At the same time, through exhaust gas incineration and wastewater recycling systems, it reduces VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and wastewater emissions, meeting the requirements of "green manufacturing" and being more environmentally friendly than traditional on-site coating.
